And I just found this in some note I had collected earlier.
Use with Caution, you might still want to look at the 'sticky posts' in the Twonky Server forum first.

There is one more way to resolve this issue. We can remove user name and password from Twonky configuration page by using rpc commands.
We can open Twonky configuration page by typing:-http://ip-address-of-your-Server/NAS:..
. or http://127.0.0.1:9000/config
The step by step information to remove username and password is given below:-
1. Open web browser and type:- http://127.0.0.1:9000/rpc/set_option?...=
Here the complete command ends as set_option?accessuser=
(this will remove username from config page). Enter complete rpc command and hit enter. Close web browser.
2. Now again open web browser and type the rpc command:-http://127.0.0.1:9000/rpc/set_option?...=
Here the complete command ends as set_option?accesspwd= .
hit enter and close this web browser.
3. After resetting options we can open Twonky configuration page:-http://127.0.0.1:9000/config
It will not prompt for any user name and password.
Note:- Make sure there are no multiple Twonky settings tab open while using rpc command. If multiple tabs are opened then it might not take rpc command.
Try this and let us know the updated status.
