I have to agree - the new system sucks. I am using Twonky under Linux - I am seriously considering rolling back to 8.3 due to this crazy start up process. And Twonky... Why does the forum say "You cannot make another post so soon after your last." when all I am trying to do is help people?...

TwonkyServer 8.5 downloads are here... downloads/8.5/

Note that this version uses the new start-up process requiring a user login to Lynx Technology. I have the Linux version running fine, but I don't like the new registration process. It is not user friendly.

I have a question regarding the need to log in to start the server.... I can understand that in initial login may be needed when setting up the server, and I can understand the use of a remote server to validate the use of the registration key. However, it seems that the user is also required to log...
